Orders are available for pickup at local Drop Locations in Washington State (no home deliveries). For TUES, WEDS, THURS Drop Locations, place orders and subscription order changes on Wednesday nights for the following week's delivery to the Drop Location you choose at checkout. For MONDAY Drop Locations, orders need to be placed/changed 2 cutoff Wednesdays ahead (about 12 days). Orders can only be placed for the next upcoming pickup day for your Drop Location. Your Drop Location's full address, your Host's contact info and specific pickup instructions will be emailed to you the day before your pickup day. READING ALL INSTRUCTIONS in the info email IS REQUIRED for pickup at your Drop Location.

Whole pinks average 2.8-3.5 pounds each.  Head off, gutted and individually sleeved. This price is for the entire fish, not per lb  

Pink salmon are the lightest and most delicate of the salmon species. They cook quickly and are incredibly tender. Their mild flavor takes on marinades and seasonings well, and is also delicious simply prepared with olive oil, salt and pepper.  Our favorite way to prepare whole pinks is to stuff them with onion, lemon, butter and herbs, wrap them in foil and either bake or grill them for about 20 minutes.  A great value for delicious wild fish!

Loki flash frozen Wild Alaskan whole Pink salmon are harvested in southeast Alaska. The boats go above and beyond the industry standard by bleeding, dressing and immersing each salmon in refrigerated sea-water within minutes of harvest.  This provides a consistent quality that is unsurpassed in our industry.  Each salmon receives a light water glaze to prevent oxidation before it is flash-frozen.
