Vat-cultured with live active cultures in a time-activated process to develop a distinctive all-natural flavor. Its rich European-style butterfat content of 82% creates an irresistible texture. Organic cream is vat-cultured in small batches with live active cultures in a 16-hour time-activated process, developing old world butter flavor. Silky and rich, our butter is slow-churned increasing the butterfat content to European standards of above 82%. The higher butterfat content perfectly suits table use, cooking, and superior baking.
